Meet your power team
We're not a faceless software company. We're operators, builders, and AI obsessives who got tired of watching great businesses drown in bad software. So we built the one we always wished existed.
The Power Team
These people make your life easier
Combined 80+ years of real-world experience in hospitality, home services, marketing, and AI. We didn't study your industry — we lived it.

Scott Calliham
CEO
40 years of operational mastery
Scott doesn’t theorize about business — he’s run them. 40+ years scaling small businesses, managing payments, and building the kind of relationships that open doors before you knock. When Scott says “this will work,” it’s because he’s already done it.
“Still personally calls every new customer in their first week. Not a form. A call.”

Richard Haines
CMO
20+ years of marketing warfare
Richard sees the whole chessboard. Two decades of digital marketing, campaign architecture, PPC, SEO, and analytics — he doesn’t just run campaigns, he engineers revenue machines. If a lever can be pulled, Richard already found it.
“Keeps a running list of every marketing experiment that failed. It's the most valuable document he owns.”

Tavis Fong
CTO
Makes complex things feel simple
Tavis designs systems that just work. Automation engineering, software architecture, and the rare gift of making complex workflows feel effortless. He’s the reason FluteOS feels like magic instead of software.
“Prefers to be judged by uptime, not slide decks. Our uptime is 99.97%.”

George McPherson
Managing Partner
Built companies from scratch — twice
George acquired companies, scaled operations, and wrote half a million lines of production software because every vendor let him down. He didn’t join FluteOS to consult — he joined to build the tool he always wished existed.
“Has personally demo'd FluteOS to over 200 restaurant owners. Knows the objections by heart.”
A dram is the smallest measure.
We measure every small signal well.
The Origin Story
Born at a breakfast bar & a whiskey bar
St. Petersburg, Florida. Four people. Zero coincidences.
None of them were looking for each other. All of them were building toward the same thing.
It started at a breakfast spot in St. Pete. George — who had spent years acquiring companies, scaling operations, and writing software because every vendor let him down — was ranting about bad technology to no one in particular. Richard was sitting right next to him, quietly building the exact solution George was describing.
They exchanged numbers. Weeks later they bumped into each other again at Flute & Dram, a whiskey bar. This time, Abraham was there — the hospitality operator who had spent a career on the floor of restaurants and venues, watching technology fail operators in the moments that mattered most. By the time the glasses were empty, a fourth chair pulled up, and FluteOS had its name, its team, and its mission.
The name wasn't accidental. A dram is the smallest standard measure of whiskey — one-eighth of an ounce. It's not about volume. It's about precision. The signal in a small pour. That's what FluteOS does: it catches the signals most businesses miss — the missed call, the quiet cancellation, the unanswered review — and turns them into revenue.
“Every signal, measured well.”
That's not a tagline. It's a promise.

What We Believe
Built different. On purpose.
These aren't values on a poster. They're the decisions we make every day.
AI should augment humans, not replace them
The best technology makes people better at what they do. We build AI that handles the repetitive, the tedious, and the always-on — so your team can focus on the work only humans can do.
Every business deserves enterprise-grade technology
Fortune 500 companies have had AI, automation, and intelligence layers for years. We built the same thing for the 28 million small businesses that couldn’t afford it — until now.
The smallest signals often carry the biggest meaning
A missed call at 9pm. A cancellation without a reason. A 3-star review with no response. These aren’t noise — they’re signals. FluteOS is built to catch them, read them, and act on them.
Built by operators, for operators
We didn’t design FluteOS in a boardroom. We designed it from the floor of a restaurant, the back of a service van, and the front desk of a salon. We know what it costs when software fails you.
Our Mission
We built the tools we wished existed
when we were running venues ourselves.
FluteOS is built in St. Petersburg, FL by a team that has stood in your shoes — on the floor of a restaurant, behind a bar, and at the front desk at 9 PM when the phone won't stop ringing.

Core Values
What we stand for
Operators First
Every feature, every decision, every trade-off starts with one question: does this make life better for the person running the venue? Not the investor. Not the analyst. The operator.
AI with a Human Touch
AI should feel like your best employee, not a chatbot. We build agents that speak your brand voice, know your guests by name, and escalate to a human the moment it matters.
Obsessively Simple
If a restaurant owner can't figure it out in 5 minutes, we haven't done our job. We remove complexity ruthlessly — from setup to daily use to reading a report at midnight.
Every missed call is lost revenue.
AI phone agents answer every ring, 24/7.
Every quiet cancellation is a signal.
Our winback engine turns silence into re-engagement.
Every review is a conversation.
AI-crafted responses that sound exactly like your brand.
Real Results
What operators are saying
These aren't projections. These are real results from real businesses in their first weeks.
