This information is used solely to administer the SMS program, deliver messages subscribers have consented to receive, and maintain compliance records.
We will not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through any SMS/text messaging program to any third party for that third party's own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
We may share mobile information with SMS platform providers (e.g., Twilio) that facilitate message delivery on our behalf, and with legal or regulatory authorities when required by law. These service providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information confidential.
